Blow Dry Club Terms & Conditions

Get the most from your membership - please read our Terms & Conditions below.

Booking & Availability

You are welcome to pre-book your blow dries up to one month in advance, including special occasion dates.

We always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but these are subject to availability.

Membership Usage

Your Blow Dry Club includes four blow dries per month.

Memberships are non-transferable and valid for use by the named member only.

Service Levels

If you require a curly blow dry or have long/thick hair, please upgrade to our Luxe Blow Out Membership.

Want to upgrade your service? Additional treatments or styling extra can be added for an extra fee.

If you'd like a hair cut, this must be booked and paid for as a separate cut & blow dry service.

Cuts cannot be added to Blow Dry Club appointments.

Your Blow Dry Club booking is already included when having a colour service with a blow dry.

Appointment Changes & Charges

Our usual salon booking and cancellation policy still applies. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will incur a £10 fee.

If you're on the Signature Smooth Membership and would like a curly blow dry, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to adjust your booking.  A £10 surcharge applies.

If you change your mind on the day, your surcharge is non-refundable as the extra time has been reserved.

Stylist Availability

Memberships are tied to your named stylist and stylist level.

If your stylist is off sick, we will do our best to accommodate you.

If they are on holiday, you are welcome to book in with an apprentice.

General Terms

Blow Dry Club services are available during normal salon opening hours only.

There is no cooling-off period.  By signing up, you commit to one full month.

To cancel, email us at [email protected] with 7 working days' notice before your next payment is due/.

Memberships not cancelled via email will continue to be billed.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend memberships at any time.
